I saw the first butterfly of spring a few days ago and what ideal timing just as this dancing Butterfly Fairy is about to appear in the next issue, # 210, of Cross Stitch Collection. She is stitched on 28 HPI Jobelan ‘Daybreak’ from the fabulous Polstitches. A bright palette of fresh yellows and greens bring a lovely late spring morning to mind. The sparkling Mill Hill beads and Kreinik metallics seem to reflect the soft dew on a meadow filled with wildflowers.
