      Hi Joan,
My friend just told me about your site. I have just recently discovered your work and must tell you….I love it! Beautiful, no…GORGEOUS work! I saw one of your kits listed in the Summer Preview 2008, entitled Inspired By The Elegance. They only sell this as a kit. I am only interested in the pattern.
DO YOU SELL THE PATTERNS SEPARATELY? If so, please direct me so I can purchase this beautiful woman. I must stitch her!!
My friend also informed me that you do quite a few of these beauties. Is there a particular magazine, website, or other location that I can purchase the patterns?
I live in Oregon. We have very few stitch shops and I have yet to see one of your patterns or kits in the few that we have.
Thank you for producing such beautiful works of art so people like me can stitch them and grace our walls with your gorgeous talent.
Thank you in advance for any help you can provide.
      Sincerely,
      Bobbie Henderson

I also live in Oregon and all our LNS have disappeared from my area. I have to do most all my shopping online. A couple of craft or fabric stores carry the DMC floss….but the patterns, just aren’t available locally. Love your patterns…….so cute!!

I love your Indian Maiden and Brave, but cannot find the jobelan 28 ct. “Earth” fabric anywhere online. It’s not even listed on the website of the manufacturer, Polstitches Designs. How can I find it or find a good substitute?

The fabric is available from Polstitches. Scroll down on her second page of fabrics and you will see it at bottom.

Hi, I am looking for your material Santas or Christams that Joann Fabric carried last year. I am working on a project and as fate would have it I am a little short. I have tried several sites and cannot find the material. Would you have any suggestions as to where I might be able to locate this material? Thank you for taking the time to help.

I am just finishing a project and plan to do all the Goddesses. I am from Texas and craft stores carrying cross stitch supplies is extremely limited where I live.

Is there anywhere in the United States where I can find the fabric or a substitute.

Just need to say that I am a huge fan of your work, my daughter Erin and I can go into a craft store and look at kits and spot your designs without seeing your name first.

        Thank you Lisa-

I know you’ll enjoy working on the Sea Goddess. She and the Woodland Fairy, in the same book, were the ones that sparked the idea for my book Bewitching Cross Stitch and then from there all the Fairies and Goddesses I’ve been designing in the past few years. I feel truly blessed to be able to work on all of these and to be able to bring them to everyone! Many more to come in 2011!

I alredy have your Bewitching Cross Stitch Book and Magical Cross Stitch which you have a couple of designs in as well. Thank you so much for putting on paper Such beautiful work. There is only one Needlework shop in my area that I know of I’ll have to see if the have Polstitches there because they don’t have it at Jo-Ann fabrics and crafts or Michaels

      Dear Joan,

I love your chic and sophisticated lady series in Cross Stitch Gold magazine. I want to reproduce the London and New York ladies as they were pictured in the magazine. It says that these designs were stitched on 28-count cream evenweave. I’ve looked on all the websites listed in the US stocklist section and I didn’t see that any of them had evenweave in cream. I think antique white will be too light and beige will be too dark. Where did you get the supplies for these projects? I’d like to find the exact color or a very close match. Thank you for your help! Please keep your wonderful designs coming.

      Kelly

        Hi Trish-
I sell the Earth Goddess as a chartpack. She is also available from the sources you see on the sidebar. Picture Perfect Needlecraft is in Australia so that may be best for you.

Your designs are wonderful and beautiful. I am interested in Santa Baker, which I think is sold only as a kit. Would this be available in any form? I has searched and searched and it seems out of stock. Any help would be great. Thank you.

Sorry Debbie. The one I saw on ebay has been sold. I may have the pattern buried deep in my closet somewhere but it is not on my computer so I can’t make up the chartpack for you. Let me see what I can find.

Thank you, Joan. I did find the pattern… on the front of the Cross Stitcher December issue of 2000. I had the issue buried so thank you for looking and I am, indeed, happy now that I have it. Debbie Smith

I’m looking for the chart for the London Lady for my mother. Back issues of Cross Stitch Gold are unavailable. Is there anywhere else I can obtain this? She just finished New York and it’s beautiful!

      Hi Joan,
I was wondering who distributes your charts wholesale in the US? I would love to carry them in my shop.
